Rev. William Bartholomew

The Reverend William L. (Rev. Bill) Bartholomew is our interim pastor. He first stepped behind the pulpit as a Bible College student in 1970. He has served churches in Iowa, Ohio, Florida, Connecticut and Vermont. He recently retired following seven years at Brandon Congregational Church in Brandon, Vermont. He earned his Master of Divinity from The Methodist Theological School in Ohio. During his career he has served on the pastoral care staff at The Cleveland Clinic and served on their Ethics Board. He served as a licensed staff pastoral counselor with the Counseling Ministry of South Florida, during which time he authored a short book entitled, “Communication Skills for Couples and Conflict Management,” and taught the same to classes of couples to be married in greater Miami. As one who seeks to follow Jesus’ teachings he embraces doing justice, loving kindness and daily walking humbly with God.
